7. Returns & Refunds

Due to the specialised nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept general returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been processed and dispatched.

Claims are only accepted for damaged, defective, or incorrect items and must be reported within 48 hours of confirmed delivery.

To submit a claim, you must provide:

  • Clear photographic evidence of the product and packaging

Failure to report issues within this timeframe may result in your claim being denied.

Where a claim is verified, NovaVitality Peptides may, at its sole discretion:

  • The customer failed to accept delivery
